Material technical base

The Department of English and German develops partnerships not only with schools, but also with preschool institutions of the city. Since 2019, the department has expanded its partnership activities and established contact with a new practice base. Student Zhaksylykova Akzharkyn had an internship at the Almaray kindergarten, according to the order of October 3, 2019.

In the 2019-2020 academic year, three branches of the Department of English and German Languages were opened on the basis of schools. The purpose of creating a branch of the department is to maximize the approximation of the educational process to a specific production, the implementation of practice-oriented education, the effective use of personnel and material and technical capabilities, conducting joint research with the involvement of students, improving the quality of training of specialists with higher and postgraduate education on the basis of advanced training of the teaching staff.

On 11.11.2019, a branch of the department was opened on the basis of the Martuk gymnasium No. 2 of the Martuk district. A seminar was held within the walls of the school and the contract was officially signed. On 13.11.2019, an agreement was signed on the opening of a branch of the department at secondary school No. 40. On 12.12.2019, a branch of the department was officially opened on the basis of Gymnasium No. 2. Dean of the Faculty of Philology Sadirova K.K., Head of the Department of English and German Languages Tastanbayeva D. K., teachers of the department Peschanskaya T.I., Mursalieva A.K., Bauyrzhan N.B., Sideshova Z.G. together with the director of the school, S.S. Danisheva, English teachers opened a special office of the branch of the department. Students of the school organized a concert program. As part of the opening of the branch, a round table was held on the topic “Dual training -an effective direction of training specialists based on new educational technologies” with the participation of schoolteachers and teachers of the department.

A social charity project is being implemented on the basis of 2 and 40 schools of the city. This project started its work on January 28, 2020. Students of secondary school No. 40, 2 from 8th to 10th grade were included in this social project. These are students from large, single-parent families and low-income families. The course lasted 3 months 2 times a week for 60 minutes on Tuesdays and Fridays from 15:00 to 16:00 hours. Students’ interest in learning the language is at a very high level. At the end of the course, each student was awarded level certificates. Within the framework of trilingual education in Gymnasium No. 2, the Department of English together with teachers of Kazakh and Russian languages held an intra-school scientific and practical conference on the topic “Values of the younger generation in the modern world”. The conference was held in the TED format among students of grades 8-10. The conference was held in order to support and develop the creative research potential of students, involve them in active research activities, identify and support gifted students. The directions of research work correspond to modern trends in the development of modern society and contribute to the formation of moral values of the younger generation. The best works of students were awarded with diplomas and letters of thanks.

The Department of English and German Languages has updated the contracts of the branch of the department in secondary schools No. 2, 40, branches of the department have been opened in Khromtau: secondary school No. 4, regional specialized boarding school for gifted children named after M. Kusainov, secondary school No. 32. In addition, contracts with the practice bases were concluded in the 2021-2022 academic year and lasted three years.
